Petitioner appeals from a district court ruling affirming a decision by the Worker’s Compensation Commissioner awarding her permanent partial disability benefits. Plaintiff contends the court erred by finding her injury was to a scheduled member, her shoulder, rather than a whole-body injury under Iowa Code section 85.34(2)(v)(2017), and denying her claim for industrial disability benefits.
