Plaintiff in action alleging breach of contract, fraud and defamation appeals from the final judgment entered on a jury verdict for defendants. Plaintiff contends the trial court erred: (1) in allowing reputation evidence without proper foundation and which was unrelated to the character traits at issue; (2) in granting defendants a summary judgment on a portion of her defamation and breach of contract claims; and (3) by failing to conduct an in-camera review of documents claimed by defendants to be protected by attorney–client privilege.
