Case No. 22-1650

Watch Oral Arguments Live

State of Iowa
v.
Darius LeJuan Wade

Darius Wade appealed his convictions for possession of a firearm by a felon as a habitual offender and operating while intoxicated, second offense. Wade argued there was insufficient evidence to support the firearm conviction and that the district court entered an illegal sentence by failing to fix a definite term of years for probation. The court of appeals affirmed. Wade seeks further review.
