The respondent contends (1) the Grievance Commission erred in finding he violated rule 32:8.4(g) (it is professional misconduct to engage in sexual harassment or other unlawful discrimination), (2) rule 32:8.4(g) is unconstitutional, and (3) the recommended sanction of a 60 day suspension and the requirement of additional training in sexual harassment is too severe.
