Regena Strable appeals from the district court’s ruling on judicial review reversing the ruling of the workers’ compensation commissioner. She argues, based on Second Injury Fund of Iowa v. George, 737 N.W.2d 141 (Iowa 2007), and Gregory v. Second Injury Fund of Iowa, 777 N.W.2d 395 (Iowa 2010), the commissioner properly found her left ankle injury was a second, work related injury that entitled her to benefits from the Second Injury Fund of Iowa, even though the injury also caused back and mental health injuries, under Iowa Code section 85.64.
