Nominating petitions are now available for individuals who wish to have their name listed on the ballot to fill State Judicial Nominating Commissioner positions with terms that will begin on July 1, 2025, and expire on June 30, 2031.

While the voters and nominators must reside in the congressional district, Iowa law does not require the eligible elector seeking election to the State Judicial Nominating Commission to reside in the district.
